Big Story Boston


Last year the City received over 150,000 requests for service via phone, e-mail, text, and smart phone applications.  Each request is a critical opportunity to make our city cleaner, safer, and more vibrant.  Therefore, we track each request against a delivery goal time to make sure we are providing timely and effective services.
